I cheated and had Nachos with Hamburger Meat,Cheese Sauce,Sour Cream and unsalted Fritos,I am on my aunt flo and I have been eating VERY healthy lately and lost a lot of weight and I was tired of eating the same thing for dinner each night and yes I made the Nachos with the stuff we had here,I also had a fruit salad with oranges and bannas in it,my children had the same thing as me but with Brocoli.

i had a cheese stick...then about half hour later a banana.

umm... I had a taco with lentils, refried beans and salsa. And then a little later I had chicken tenders lol.
