Cafemom doctors, need advice! Warning: Pimple-like rash picture

Picture is below..so be ready for it..

I thought my back was just breaking out, but its super itchy. Last night it was almost blotchy, like hives. I took some benadryl & it helped. But tonight I noticed it itched even more & there are lots of pimple like bumps.. ideas? Its all over my back, shoulders, and the top of my arms.

No new detergent, foods, ect. I work at a daycare, so I want to get it checked to make sure its not contagious. :/  Just wanted to add its been in the 40s-50s & rainy all week so I doubt its a heat rash.

You can still develop heat rash even if it's not hot and sunny out. Thats what it looks like.

Could still be allergic reaction to something. I was going crazy with a spot on my leg and I used cortizone cream and benedryl only to find out there was a hole in a blanket and what was inside was touching my legs. Got rid of it and no more itching. I had a rash too.

Ask a doc Hun, sorry no idea. You could have a virus and it's effecting your skin. My dd has sensitive skin so she gets rashes when she gets sick.
