Poll

Question: I think this forum has quite a few moms on PA, which tends to skew other polls. So my question is:

Options:

Are you a working mom with no PA?

Are you a working mom with PA?

Are you a SAHM with no PA?

Are you a SAHM with PA?

EDIT:  PA means ANY form of government assistance: Food stamps, free housing, SNAP cards, WIC, governmental health care (Medicaid, CHIP), etc.

This, only son instead of daughter.

Quoting caito:

SAHM. The only PA is my daughter's Medicaid. But we receive no other assistance whatsoever.

I work part time and the only PA I get is Wic and my son's medicaid. It helps out enough.

Those that have medicaid. Why do most of you refer to it as only medicaid. Like somehow it doesn't amount to much? Free medical is equal to thousands of dollars! I pay close to $7500 a year in premiums only. That doesn't count the deductible and my portion of the bills I pay.

I hope for those of you who have answered "SAHM with NO PA," you aren't getting Medicaid or WIC?

Nope. We have private insurance and wouldn't qualify for WIC even if we tried.
