I've lived in Omaha, NE all my life.

What sort of information are you looking for?

I know a few people from Sioux Falls, SD that moved here to Omaha, too.

I love Omaha.  WOuldn't want to  live anywhere else.

Housing is relatively cheap, we weren't hit quite as hard as the rest of the country.   The job market is doing pretty good, too, again not hit as hard  by the recession.  There's money here, it's just quiet money.

Depending on where you're moving from, the weather might suck, LOL. SOme years we have hellacious winters, lots of snow, ice and high windchills.  OUr summers can get hot and very muggy.  Some years are more mild though too.

You're in for a treat in everything except the weather, then.  LOL

The weather here will be a shock(except August).  The weather in SD is even colder and often unpredictable as well.

You should visit a couple times if you can. I think you'd really like it.
