I was putting my sons ear drops in like 30min ago and he moved and some went in his eye. he is 10mnths. i called poison control immediately and they said to flush his eye for 15minutes. i did it but i still see his eye way more glossy than the other and every so often he starts rubbing on his eye. the medicine is antipyrine and benzocaine solution. should i take him to the er or just watch him.

this is his eyes just now. its the right eye.

right now.he is nursing but like i said every so often hd starts rubbing his eye

Well, since the ER will call poison control, I would trust them. Call them back though, they keep a log. He might be rubbing his eye because the bezocaine made it a bit numb, not sure what the antipyrine is.

he will be alright. If you're really worried put some breast milk in it.

Ya breast milk helps with everything like diaper rash, eye infection, ear infection, cuts, dry skin, etc.

The only thing it won't help is yeast rash.
