Some of you might know but these things were essential in my day! lol shhhh you mommas old as dirt like me!
These little things were adjusters for 45 records. Without them the record would spin oddly lol and play the songs kinda weird!
Here's a 45 record with the adjuster in the middle.

Tshirt tie? Although I seem to remember those being a circle with just 1 bar through it. Hmmm. So I don't know.
