That's what I feel like right now.. spec has been out for 5 hrs, had a bad storm come in and it blew a damn transformer pole over.. workers are out fixing it and I'm in my damn car charging my phone so I can use the alarm to wake dh up for work at 4:30. So I'm on and off here checking cafemom trying not to use my data up.. I pray the elec comes back on soon.. this shit sux, sorry for typos..

We had a freak snow storm last October that took out our power for a few days. It was a lot of fun....though a bit cold. We don't have a fireplace or way to heat the house without electricity....so the kids slep at IL's house where they do have a fireplace (they also had no electricity)...DH and I slept at home to keep an ear/eye on the pets. We played games together....cooked almost everything on the grill (though we did buy coffee out).
