So, i have been itching down in the female area. its outside the lips. is there anything that i can do before going to the drs to help relieve the itching.

Call your Dr. There is really no reason he can't call in a s rip of Diflucan. Its a one pill treatment.

Eat yogurt. And maybe some external anti itch cream.

Walmart has a generic brand of yeast infection cream. It was like $3.

 um there are medicated wipes for that...just like moist wipes but help with the pH of your girly parts

Smear it om. Its gross I know but it works. If you can, let your lady bits breathe for a bit. Yeast thrives on warm and wet. Take part of that away and it'll slow down. Yogurt has active bacteria that knocks the yeast out good lol. I'd wear a pad tho so it doesn't get everywhere. Make sure tho that its the plain stuff no flavorings since sugar helps yeast to grow.
