Can men get pms?

ugh sometimes i think men get pms also because my dh can get all moody in a matter of minutes and stay that way for a whole night. at least when i get pms i have a reason for it

Yes, actually, their hormones fluctuate just like women's do and typically in sync with the females that they live with.

LOL my period is long over with and his mom doesnt get them anymore so he cant blame it on us

I think my husband and my dad get pms at the same.time.! Ugh I just wanna smack my dh sometimes

Yes males have something similar.  It is called AMS (cant remmeber what A stands for)  I think theirs is when the hormone estrogen is extra high as well.  They just dont get the bleeding part.  My guy has been bloated, tender breasts, moods etc as well as me.
