I heard all those growing up. And another of moms favorites was

"Were you born in a barn or a whore house? Close the door"

My mother and grandmother used most of those.

I've said #1 jokingly to my kids a few times.

I do #10 all the time -- does help that all of our names begin with the letter J...my kids are often "Juh....Juh....Juh....whoever your are!"
