Apparently it is totally legit as long as you subscribe to XBOX live for 2 years.

You end up spending more in the long run, but for those who can't shell out the $400 all at once it's great. They also have an early termination fee (for Xbox live).

 Dh was looking at it for my mom and his mom and then read the fine print...you have to pay too much per month for it to be a decent deal. It ends up being more than what we pay for Live that is for sure.

If you buy the xbox and buy yearly subscription to live:

xbox: $400

Live: $60 per year

I honestly think this is a great deal! We usually get live for 3 months at a time, but I think we are going to start buying for the whole year since it saves so much money.
