My neighbors took down their fence...GRR!
Everyone on my side of the block has a fence, one neighbor's butts up against the next and so on down the street.
Today she came over and mentioned to DH that she was taking the fence down, okay, good to know. I'm thinking it's like a warning, she'll be doing it in the next week or so. I get home from my Mom's and she has taken down the whole fence. So now I need to figure out a cheep easy solution for my doggy that we/I can get in place in the next few days. A new fence was def not in the buget right now, but we gotta figure out something for my chow (she's the size of a cocker spaniel and about 10yrs old). Grr!
Just put her on a leash and take her out a few times a day.

Well that's what I'm doing now, she just loves running the length of the yard and spend most of the day outside or she sits by the back door and whines.
I don't know if it was technically shared or what. We've only been here two years. I mean everyone did it on their own, it wasn't done by the developer or anything.

You will have to leash her until you can put up a new fence. And since I would be very pissed at the fact she gave little notice I would make sure the part facing her yard was as undesirable as ever. Making sure to keep it on my own property of course so she cant do a damn thing about it. But thats just me.
