Shows seem to be canceled way quicker than they used to.

I found out the Secret Circle, Alcatraz and Awake are being canceled among others. BUT there have been rumors almost from the second or third episode on some.

I am really hesitant to even watch new shows now because I feel like my time is wasted if they are canceled right away or leave you with a cliffhanger. Anyone else ticked off about this too? I feel like just waiting now and making sure there WILL be second seasons and renting the first now. *sigh*

One reason why I don't get into watching new shows. I wait til they've been around awhile then watch them on Netflix/Hulu. I might be a few seasons behind, but I get some enjoyment out of it before it all comes to an end.

Yep,One Tree Hill is cancelled too.=( I've been watching that show so long I feel like I've grown up with those characters.

I remember Everwood!I loved that show too.I was just thinking about it the other day.When I was young there used to be a show called Savannah on the WB.They cancelled it on a cliffhanger and pissed me off.The only shows I invested myself in recently was Sons of Anarchy(thank God,not cancelled) and Awake(cancelled,boo on them!)

No! I loved that show. it was my favorite of all the new shows. i guess i should be like op and not watch until the second season.

I know right. I am sick and tired of getting into a good show and finding out at the end of a season that it has been cancelled. I loved Secret Circle. I was pissed. So I have decided to write my own ending.

Yep, I agree. Every show I've ever liked has been cancelled after a season or two, so now I don't watch very much televsion anymore. It's not like I'm really missing anything anyway, and I can find many better things to do.
