I already took 4 motrin and drank 2 glasses of water and it still hurts so bad! Every little sound feels like claws ripping through my brain. And even looking at my phone screen makes me want to scream ahhhhhh!

Either sounds like allergies, sinus infection or a bad ass cold coming on. Excedrin Migraine works great I have heard but it depends on what you have

I hate when that happens!! I take advil and it usually helps but when advil doesn't work I take tylenol and lay down and put a pillow or something over my head and just stay there in complete silence for as long as I can if that doesn't work I check my blood pressure and if it is high I chew a baby aspirin and that helps
