trying to flush out colds!! any suggestions??
Steam showers with a very sensitive vapo rub type stuff( turning the shower all the way on hot shutting the bathroom door and letting it steam up like a sauna.) Drinking like 17 bottles of water, and having zoey carry her cup around constantly,
Warm baths
Salt water rinses in the nose
Gargleing sakt water ( me not the baby)
Yea that's all I can think of at the moment lol
Quoting Mrs.VanDeKamp:or you can get a bottle of infantol, a liquid infants multivitamin

OK that's what I was wondering,

Lots of fruits are rich in vitamin C. Orange juice for example. They have multi vitamins for children of all ages. You just have to look on the bottles. One flintstone vitamin won't hurt a 19 month old. Also, sun shine can help.

Do you have any suggestions how twhat to give my toddler? She's 19 months! I considered putting her on a multivitamin but they all say 2+
Quoting xxlilmomma09:
Lots of vitamin C.
I'm sorry....
Quoting kmorales7690:
Oh its already been caught!! I haven't breathed since yesterday lol at least that's how I feel!!

She can probably take 250 mg of vitamin c maybe 500mg ask a pharmacist, they should be able to tell you. Lemon, water and a small amount of honey as long as she is over 12 months...warm is good too. Garlic will also help as it is a natural antibiotic. You can add a 1/2 tsp or more to taste to a can of soup...makes it taste more like homemade. Cooking anything and adding garlic will help. I hope she feels better soon and you don't catch it.
i give it to my 18 mo old, and ave since he was only a few months old, 5ml, in a liquid medicine thingy. my kid thinks he's getting a treat lol
Quoting kmorales7690:
I had some of that, but she only drinks water, so it made it taste funky and she wouldn't drink it!!

Once you have it, just need to continue to eat healthy (whole fruits preferred but can drink juice), chicken noodle soup, any broths, garlic toast. What really helped me was garlic dill pickles it kicked the respiratory crap out within 2 days. Sunshine, fresh air (open up windows) help alot as well.
A spoon full of raw manuka honey (for over 1 yr olds)
Euchinacia
Raw garlic
Vitamin C
Elderberry
Olive leaf extract
Ginger
