I plan on making my own homemade Mexican dinner sometime soon. I want to make Spanish rice, refried beans, fajitas and tortillas and a mexican desert all from scratch!!! So recipes?

Also salsa! Mmm a lime chipotle salsa sounds good with some home made chips but I'll make those from corn tortillas

 allergic oh no!  I guess you can...I have never had that issue before.  I think as long as you use everything else then it should be fine.

 I would have recommended Uncle Ben's microwave pouches LOL but she asked for home made :P
