No Vaccines, No Kisses

My DH and I were riding in town, and I saw this huge billboard. It was a cute little baby puckering his/her lips and then it said "No Vaccines. No Kisses." And then it further stated about the whooping cough vaccine.

I thought the billboard is ridiculous and obnoxious. You?

Yeah, it's a silly saying but it's a billboard and people drive right by it for the most part.

*No big shakes.

And? Pertussis has mutated several times and there are a few wild strains going around that the vaccine does nothing for.

Whooping cough is a nasty, deadly disease that CAN be prevented.

Sorry but I agree with it. My sil & neice are completely un vaccinated. My dd will not be spending much extra time around her. Instead, she will hang out with my sister's son who IS vaccinated.
