I babysit for this lady. She pays me by the day. That's how she prefers to pay me. She pays me when she picks up her little girl.
Fine with me.
The last two weeks, she has been really bad about paying me and waiting as long as a week to pay me. I let it go, no big deal.
I needed her to pay me tonight. I asked her for payment and she got upset cause she didn't want to go to the bank and get the cash.
Sorry, you owe it to me.
To top it off, I have been picking her daughter up from her for the past week and a half, so she doesn't have to drive to my house.
So she is only having to pick her daughter up at this point. And twice last week, I let her daughter spend the night cause she was too tired after work to pick her up. So, two times she didn't even have to pick up her daughter, cause I took her daughter home in the am for her too.
Am I being unreasonable to expect her to pay me as agreed upon and sending her to the bank?

We have a contract.
I just don't enforce it like I should. Yes, that is my fault and I own it.

This is why,you need to write up a contract stating if she doesn't pay you after you watch her child like she had been, then you will no longer be watching her child.
Also you will be paid extra for the nights she decides to leave the child with you.
And she also needs to compensate for gas since you are picking up the child.

Tell her you will now start Harding late fees for the days that she shows up after 430pm& days that she would like extra there will be an extra fee for your time because not only is she depriving her child from time with her mother, she is also depriving you from time with your 2 little ones. Don't allow her to continue this because you will end up in a sticky situation. Let her know while it is fresh and new! Best of luck to you xoxo

I need to be more strict about stuff. Esp with the baby coming in.Nov.
I don't want her sending her kid sick and getting my baby sick.

She doesn't go to work til 430pm. She works a dinner shift at a restrurant. So esp on Friday and Saturday nights she doesn't get off work til 1 or 2 am. So I understand her being too tired. Doesn't mean I should let it go like I do.
I need to.enforce the contract and stop being a damn push over.

Kinda funny side note, she got mad cause her kid asked for cheerios instead of Taco bell.
She was like why do you feed her this Crap. Uhh, cause that Crap is good for her.
