Out of Ideas....

My husband is going to the gym 3 days a week and doing Crossfit to lose some weight so he can go to the promotion board. I have completly run out of ideas for supper after he gets home. He usually comes home around 7:30 or 8:00 after the class is over. He always goes to class straight from work as well..... The only thing I've been able to fix is baked/olive oil pan fried chicken and salad. You can only fix that so many different ways. I need new ideas on light meals to fix for after his workouts. Can you all help me?? Thank you!

 White fishes are good for you, easily broiled too!  Sadly they are expensive.

fish? IDK how to cook it, and I think it's gross, but it's supposed to be healthy.
