I have a few families I babysit for.

They all know my son is graduating etc.

Do I send them an invite? They arent on my FB or anything like that, while we are friendly we don't really socialize outside of me working for them.

** to his graduation party not his gradutation.

LOL

I would probably keep in family only and close friends.

If you interact socially, and have enough tickets, sure.  If it is only you sit for them, they know your son, maybe not.  They may think you're just trying to get grad gifts or something.

I wouldn't, but that's just me.  Do you like them like that?

Probably not if it is just a working relationship and nothing outside of work
