is not the BE ALL, END ALL of erotic novels. The book reads as if a child wrote it. I think ZANE is much better than this grey crap. Now, AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN know who ZANE is and know just how hot and steamy her books are. I mean the reaction to these50 shades books have to be coming from sexless married women that have not been touched in months. Rent a porno, you time will be much better spent, not to mention your $$$. Hell, you might even bust a nut with a porno. JMO

Haven't read these books yet, & not really in a big rush to. I'll stick to the Merry Gentry series & the Sleeping Beauty trilogy  for now ^_^

I read Zane and I love her books. I agree with your opinion, the book is not big deal folks!

I havent read it... Is it similar to the old harlequin romance books? This is the first I've heard of it.

I agree. I feel as if the sex scenes should be a lot better.

However, I like to read it for the "love" aspect of it. It's nice to read the fantasy of being with an extremely rich man and being able to do and get whatever you want.

But the way he's so over protective of her is kind of scary too.
