I got one wisdom tooth removed last friday and decided to try to do some sit ups, I did 20 and where my tooth was started to hurt! My friend wants me to do a weight lost thing with her but a few weeks after it starts I will be getting another wisdom tooth pulled and then another one whenever they can fit me in. I don't want to push myself either.

I would wait another week before and heavy exercise. By this time you don't have to worry about dry socket but the blood pulsating you will still feel.

Your forms should tell you no vigorous exercise for at least 48hrs, but I had to wait bc I would get sore.

Yes, you can dislodge the blood clot and end up with dry socket.

Hmm my dentist never told me that. it's a good thing I didn't like to exercise when I got mine pulled.

They told me to take it easy. I thought i would try sit ups. Bad idea. Maybe i could just swim for now.
