I was thinking of cutting out meat from our diet and then limiting it later. Going to a fruit, veggie, and grain diet. Mostly for health and save money. I want to limit by products too, and one of my sons is allergic to dairy. Problem is I am a habit eater. Can you suggest one meal with recipe that I can make and try that wont turn me off from this? Oh- I am breastfeeding. Needs calories.

I just hate being tired and coffee isnt working. I already garden and buy farmers market a lot. I just am not diverse and in a small town.

I have been vegetarian for about 3 months now, I'm working my way to vegan but I'm having a problem with my cheese and yogurt addiction... damn casein! I did have a relapse yesterday because I was at a lunch meeting for work and the restaurant we were at had Kobe beef. I mean seriously, who would pass up the chance to have Kobe beef for FREE! lol.

Here are some recipes that we have really enjoyed, some are vegan and some are vegetarian but can easily be converted to vegan.

http://www.frugal-living-now.com/lasagna-recipe.html My husband requests this about every other week.

http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/vegetarian-quinoa-chili/ This is really yummy and freezes well!

Thank you! I hope my kids like them. My one son already prefers vegan food because of sensory issues. He picks the meat out. LOL.
