I was thinking of cutting out meat from our diet and then limiting it later. Going to a fruit, veggie, and grain diet. Mostly for health and save money. I want to limit by products too, and one of my sons is allergic to dairy. Problem is I am a habit eater. Can you suggest one meal with recipe that I can make and try that wont turn me off from this? Oh- I am breastfeeding. Needs calories.
