Gee, I try to do a good thing and I get yelled at for it.
So the other day I went through our kitchen and compiled a box of items to take to Goodwill. We're moving to Hawaii in 3 weeks and I'm just trying to downsize on what we're taking with us. Well just now I asked hubby if he'd take that and the 3 huge trash bags full of clothes to the Goodwill so it's out of the hallway. He said sure. So he starts going through the box of kitchen items. He comes up to me and yells at me, asks why I'm getting rid of HIS Rubbermaid cooking utensils. Um, HE doesn't cook, I do. HE hasn't cooked in well over 2 years. Those utensils he's talking about, they haven't been used in at least 5 years because I can't stand the way they feel when I use them, the way they fit in my hand. I have other utensils I prefer and that are used daily. I explained to him that if he wants to keep them, he needs to start cooking on a very regular basis. And what did he do? Threw the utensils back in the box, took everything out to the car, and left.
Geez. If he likes those certain utensils so much, then he can start cooking.
