My 4 yo has this. Its little bumps that looks like warts. They are contagious and form a lil white head like a pimple. Shes had them for a yr. The dr says to let it run its course and can take up to 4 yrs to go away. They have gotten better then spread gotten worse and better ect. Wondering if there is another way to go. I am not going to freeze or cut them off like the dr said is an option but is very painfull. Ive heard apple cider vinegar helps dry them out also elderberry suppliments for kids also is said to help rid the body of the virus. Any suggestions welcome thanks !

We tried apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil. It didnt do anything. My don had about thirty spots. We went to the dermatologist and she used some sort of blistering agent to kill it. She dotted it on each spot and we washed it off four hrs later. They all blistered up then scabed over.

He's had five spots crop back up and now my youngest has some on her shoulder, so we'll be headed back asap. You want to get rid of it before your other kids get it. Our derm visit was expensive even with insurance.

My son has them too. He's had them since birth. I got them when I was pregnant. I had 3 spots on my right arm. His pedi told me not to worry about them and they will go away. He's 19 months and they are finally going away. He told me if they get worse then he will hve to freeze them off. Mine went away literally a week after I had my son. My friend's daaughter had well over 50 of them and her pedi had to give her  special cream, I'll ask her what it was called.
