Is driving me insane hand foot and mouth disease is a bitch to deal with and i'm about ready to give up and say f***k it and call her dad. All she's been doing since we got home this afternoon is screaming I know she's sick and when I try to do for her she kicks me and pushes me away I'm trying to help her and she's combative!

4 of my kids had it around Easter. It does get easier. Our first 4 days were hell. Be strong and remember its only temporary. Hugs!!

I would be one pissed off little person if I had to deal with it! Pop in a movie and give her some water and walk away and take a minute. No shame in getting your composure she's probably picking up on your stress as well.

Also at bed time it was tylenol and benadryl.

Benadryl helps the itching and it might help her rest too.

I am sorry mama. I was up all night with my son screaming every 10 mins when he woke up. His tubes in his ear are infected and not working. I was so worn out this morning and also had to go to work.

 The medicine for the fever probably is a pain reliever too. Give her some. Also if you have yogurt that will help her feel better. My neice had it and thats what the dr told my sil. Good luck.

Which fever reducer do you have?  It is most likely  a pain reliever as well if it is acetaminophen based or ibuprofen based.
