My dd drinks a lot of juice. We used up a 64 oz juice in 3 days! She'll drink one cup of milk in the morning and then wants water or juice. DH and I drink some of the juice but mainly drink green teas.
Quoting K-Chan:she just had a check up and her dentist said she had great teeth but i'm working to cut back the juice! We are spending way too much in juice alone!
Quoting mishamama:
That much juice and milk are baaad for her little teefs, replace em with water and fruit, or smoothies...
Make sure she is brushing 3 times a day too!
We can have a jug last 1-2 weeks here for a family of 3. DD usually gets one cup a day (her choice) and then milk or water for rest of day. I drink a cup a day since i prefer my brewed teas. Daddy can not have juice due to diabetes.

1 64oz a week tops. I don't drink juice, too many empty calories.
Quoting K-Chan:She love fruit and veggies! Broccoli and apples are her favorites!
Quoting Aspiemom0203:
None per our pediatrician and Dentist. We drink water or milk only. It's filled with sugar and bad for their teeth. Get the vitamins from fresh fruit. Its better for them.
she likes milk but only drinks a cup a day (If that) but she still drinks a lot of water.
Quoting mishamama:
I was in the same boat, Dd loves her milk and juice but we had to cut waaay back because I was worried for her teeth. I have crappy teeth, I don't want her to have to go through that, lol I was always told milk was great for her teeth and bones.. I was really naive. -.-

she has always loved broccoli, raw, grilled, steamed anyway she can get it, she'll eat it. Put ranch on it and its gone really fast!
Quoting Aspiemom0203:
Keep up with that, but try to get rid of the juice. Maybe keep diluting it down until it is all water eventually. I only say this because I thought juice was good for them. Then my daughter had to have oral surgery for all the cavities and believe me they brush and floss. It was the sugary drinks. You never want your baby to go through that trust me!

Quoting Jeni1124:My daughter doesn't drink juice often. Maybe a glass of OJ once a month. I'm not a big juice drinker either...usually just pineapple juice with my alcohol. :)
DS - small 4 oz. juice box a day
