So, I've been cigarette free for about 3 years.
My mom recently passed away, and the stress of that drove me to pick up smoking again. (Yes, I know this is an excuse, please don't bash)
DH knew how hard I had worked to quit, and suggested e-cigs. vaping. It tastes better, is better for me and those around me, and there is a step down method that will help me quit again. The problem is, I have noticed that my teeth are REALLY sensitive lately. Has anyone else experienced this?
I checked out some sites specifically for vaping, and the only answer I could find was that my gums may need an adjustment period from analog to vapor. This wouldn't be the case for me, since I didn't even make it through a full cigarette before DH suggested I try this.
What are your experiences with vaping?
