Just finished my first week of Insanity :)
When I started this workout I wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into. I just knew it was going to be hard, challenge me and hopefully transform my body ( with eating right ). Let me just say I was intimidated by the fit test on the first day. Then the actual workout the second day OMG, I wasn't sure I would make it the entire week. But I did and I feel amazing! I am getting stronger and I am gaining stamina. I almost don't wanna take tomorrow off as the calendar suggests. I can't wait for my halfway mark so I can see my results :) WHo else is doing it? Where are you? And how are you doing?
