In your area? Both between 1500 and 2000sq feet. Both 3 beds 2 baths. One in the post built in 2004, one in the replies was built in 1998. Inside of both in decent condition (needs paint, has icky carpeting) both on about an acre ( not in a subdivision but on a rural street)

Wow it's really interesting to see how much home values differ depending on the area. The house in the post sold for $39,000. The one in replies sold for $22,000. We bought a foreclosure on the same street last year for $40,000 ( 2300 sqft). We are in rural GA.

 I'd guess closer to $85,000 but it's hard to tell without more info.

 Houses where I live are very expensive still they all just on cosmeics would be between 170K to 200K+ you can travel 5 hrs in any direction and homes would be 150 to 200 brand new

Spalding county. They are pretty much giving homes away down here. It's really sad in a lot if cases. It seems like entire neighborhoods are being foreclosed on.

You wouldn't find a house like that with that much land near me. So I can't even give an amount.
Most houses where I live are about 1500 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a small yard

im in nj, and theyd be about 220-250000. actually, more depending on area, esp with that much land n on a rural street
