C-section mamas, I have a question for you
Should I wait a while to use a sling? I'm just wondering if somehow it will pull on my incision until it fully heals

1 mom liked this
If you are allowed to pick up the baby, then it is fine to use a sling. If the doctor is restricting you picking baby up, you may want a while to use the sling.

No idea. Never use one of those slings. They are just weird to me.

I did not use it until about a month but that was because someone was always holding the baby.

Ok, I just wasn't sure, I figure our carseat is super heavy so this is a way to carry him without my arms getting tired & not carrying a carseat that I definitely should not be carrying

I never used a sling but I remember my tummy hurting whenever something bumped into it for a few weeks after so I would think you should probably stay away from them.

My Moby wrap was the best, I'd recommend using one.
