DD 16 months, has a HORRIBLE cough & a really bad runny nose but she doesnt have a fever. Her cough sounds soo similar to the whooping cough. Im waiting on medicaid to process there thing, so she wont have a doctor for 5 more buisness days. What do you think? & im sure yall can guess, shes done nothing but whine & cry. My poor girl! Please no bashing..

Shes sounds really congested when she breathes & when she coughs she sometimes has to gasp for air. Im scared for my girl! Do you know if they have a test for whooping cough or do they decide based off symptoms?

It could be croup couldn't it? I would find a way to take her in. Medicaid will cover bills up to 60-90 days before approval I believe

Well if you're scared then the answer is pretty obvious, right?
