I tried looking it up and all I could find was a chart on how much water I should be consuming for my weight (130)...they say I need to get 52oz....however I get 96oz (as much as someone who weighs 240 lbs) a day on top of anything else I would drink. I'm not forcing it and I'm not even trying to drink that much water...it just comes naturally.
I guess what I'm wondering....Is this ok? I'm also working out...sweating normally and peeing all the time. I'm also eating as much as I should be eating.
