Will this help my credit go back up????????????

I have bad credit due to credit cards and possibly because of student loans. I recently got my own phone plan with sprint. Because of my low credit I had to pay a deopsit. Will making the monthly payments on my bill have any affect on my credit score?

Yes. But nothing will help as much as paying your past due bills.

It should have an impact on your credit, but you probably won't see a quick increase in your score. Good luck!

Not by much. Do you have credit card balances currently?

I am wondering too. I recently was able to get AT&T as a provider and had to pay a deposit. I paid off my vehicle in feb and my student loan too! Great feeling but would be even better if it looks good on my credit!

No, cell phone companies including Sprint do not report your monthly payments to the credit bureaus. The only time they will report to the credit bureaus is if you don't pay your bill and it goes to collections. I worked for billing and collections for Sprint.

No, I don't think so. Paying off your debt is the best way to improve your credit.

no.. Paying down your credit cards and having revolving accounts in good standing will increase your credit rating.
