What did you have? I made from scratch, whole wheat calzones. They had basil, sausage, garlic, onion, oregano, green pepper, red pepper, mushroom, and a little fresh chopped jalapeño pepper for kick. Also some Colby jack cheese. Not alot, just enough for flavor. They were sooo good!! I made them way too big though. Next time I will make them about the size of two hot pockets. These took over an entire dinner plate. Dh and I shared one and still couldn't finish it.

I have been trying to make fried zucchini for a month. Every time I try to go buy zucchini, its either rotten (Walmart, of course) or they don't have any! :(

One of DH's coworkers grows it and has a ton! I'm about zucchinied out. I haven't looked for it, but I would think zucchini would be a pretty common thing.
