Does anyone know where to get a payday loan online?

Posted by   + Show Post

Please! I have been searching for them online all day yesterday and this morning and nothing is coming up! Has anyone ever gotten on online? Do you know of any that I can apply for?

nooo it is not like that. we can afford it, but it is the timing of it all that is screwing us up. his paycheck is cut by the 13th. the rent is due NO LATER than the tenth. no exceptions. we can give them what we have and pay the rest later..but we won't have the rest till he gets paid. it is all about the timing. i wanted to make sure we have the rent covered first and foremost. the loan can be repaid...but we need to have all of this done before the 10th. you get it now? yes we live paycheck to paycheck, but we are probably one of the only tenents here that ALWAYS pay well before the 1st of the month...they know that. we know that. we got screwed once that damn car stopped on us and hubby opted for a cash advance which made our rent check short....and yeah sometimes, there is just no time to worry about what happens in the future, you have to do what you have to do for the time and maybe the rest will work out later. that can happen. i don't think you can plan out everything and be prepared for it all...cause life always throws curve balls.

But if you can't afford to pay an extra $100 for a rental late fee's how are you going to pay the loan back? Plus you have a baby coming which means added costs.

You have to live your life and I honestly am not passing judgement, just sometimes people get so stuck in the now that they don't think about the future. They think, "if I can just get past this month, I will worry about next month later." and I just want to try to get you to look forward.

Quoting prettygirl326:

yeah we aren't...we usually just get by paycheck to paycheck. but we always manage. and yeah we never have a savings...just never enough money to stretch that far. it is a bad situation when you live like this.

Quoting MommyFlood:

It doesn't sound like youre doing well. And it also doesn't sound like you have money in savings. Please don't do any of the pay day loans or cash advances. Think about adding a $200-300 payment into your budget for next month, or having to automatically deduct whatever you borrow from your budget.
It's not something easy to do an it will take you forever to get your head above water with the advancement alone.

um actually no. we were never in a bind like this. our car broke down suddenly and our rent is due on the 1st. he got a cash advance and it was taken out of the rent check and now we are really short on the rent. and his car still isn't fixed. he still has to go to work and we have been catching a ride with my sister and it is ALOT of running around and giving her gas money and we really don't have that right...but we have to do what we have to do. can't assume something like that. sorry. we are ALWAYS EARLY on our rent, but this month...if different and SHIT happens. i am pregnant a second time, we have a 18 month old and then bam this happens. just our luck....

Quoting kc932:

I'm not picking at you, what are you going to do next month and the month after that? You are in a bind right now and probably have been, so next month you will have your usual bills and a new loan to repay.

Quoting prettygirl326:

lol...you all thanks for all the warnings. i am just don't know what more to do. our car is breaking down and we need rent money..it is bad.

This may be a viable solution :-) I know I have floated checks before and depending on your bank, it may take so time to get it processed.

My rent check for $500 was returned by the bank for insufficient funds. My landlord wants to charge me a $25 fee and $300 to cover the fees he incurred because my check bounced. Is this right?
Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 13-6-15) permits a landlord, who received a check which was refused by the bank due to a lack of funds, to seek damages if the tenant does not pay the amount of the check and fees to the landlord within ten days of the landlord’s written demand for payment. The landlord can charge a returned check fee, which may not exceed $30 or 5% of the amount of the check, whichever is greater. The landlord can also charge for the amount of any fees charged by the bank due to the check being dishonored. If the landlord files a lawsuit, he can recover up to double the amount of the check for damages, but no more than $500 plus any court costs. Additionally, if the check was written with the knowledge that it would not be honored by the bank, the check writer could face criminal prosecution

Just write a check and left the bank overdraft it. That $40 fee would be a lot cheaper.

If you do not want to overdraft your account and don't pay your rent on time, the landlord can sent you and eviction notice. However, if you do not have the notice by the 13th just pay the rent like you have no clue what is going on, If he refuses than it's up to them to explain why.

The other option is found on page is on page 61 of the GA Tenant/Landlord booklet i found on line. I'm not able to make it clickable but it has a lot of answers for you. Hope this will help.

thanks. but we don't rent from private landlords. we rent an apartment in an apartment complex. their rules are pretty stern and cut and dry. there is no real negotiation we can do with them.

Private or public makes no difference. The rules apply to both. Read the State of GA guidelines, you have to know and understand your rights. If yougive them a check on the 10th and depending on the bank you use, it may take 5 days to clear. That way you will have the money in the bank.
