I was shocked after this weekends power outage at the number of drivers who have no idea how to treat a stop light when the power is out.

ITA... and its super dangerous. It took us nearly an hour to go 25 minutes :-/

 Yes.....That makes me glad that there is only one stop light I go through on a regular basis.

I know to treat it like a 4 way stop sign, but unfortunately, a lot of people treat it like a free-for-all. EEEK!
