so then to make u happy let me refrase. i dont date the ighter versions african american men i like the darker one's my husband is half black half puerto rican but he is very dark choclate. i dont do white choclate and defintly not vanillaQuoting NewJoyOn1308:
What the fuck? There is no such thing as the "darker race." Show this to your husband and let me know what he says. I'd be quite curious because last time I checked, skin color didn't change the fact that we are all human. You could've said you are more attracted to African American men or whatever he is. Not all African American men and women have dark skin either, I would think you would be aware of that though...

why not. i found my hubby on blackplanet.com and i wanst black but i'm jsut more attracted to the darker race
Nope, still not happy. You still sound very unintelligent when it comes to other ethnicities. I was born in Germany, and seldom do I recall hearing Europeans refer to other ethnicities by their skin color. Lighter versions? Dark chocolate? White chocolate? Vanilla? We're not talking about flavors of fuckin' ice cream, we're talking about people. Smh.

All of this has no relevance to what I am saying. You can call people what you want, I'm just telling you what you sound like when you used some terms that didn't sound like you were referring to a human being. I've already stated that there is nothing wrong with having a preference, it's how you present your preference that makes it a problem. You won't hear me say "I only like dark-skinned black men" or "light skinned black men" because black is black at the end of the day. I didn't base my attraction to my husband off of how light or dark he was. I have known many African American men and women to say they are only attracted to a certain complexion, and I don't necessarily have an issue with that. However, that's nothing wrong with sounding what you refer to as "politically correct" when stating so.

To inquire about others thoughts versus your own.

I thought she was gonna tell us about the site, so I guess it's another one of those posts. The Black and White thing great.
Why would you think it was a post telling you about a site, when I specifically said "what do you think" of the site in the title?
