My husband and I made homemade spinach and artichoke dip. From fresh ingredients, no canned artichokes or spinach. It was orgasmic.

We just kinda winged it. We used 2 artichokes though, diced up the hearts and scraped some of the leaves. About a cup worth. About another cup of boiled spinach. A package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup or so of sour cream, 1/4 cup romano/parmesan cheese, some garlic salt. Heat up the cream cheese to melting, throw the rest in and enjoy.

Cook 1 pound of hamburger and drain, add a chopped green pepper and a large can of baked beans...heat it all up and put into a crock pot to keep warm(it's good cold though too) and serve with tortilla chips. Yummy!
