All my befores got eaten up in another group, healthy weight loss. I don't even go there anymore. I might have early stuff floating around the x group.
I've been at this for a few years now so it's more maintenance.

Well I think you look amazing :). I must buy p90x. Have you tried insanity? I heard that one was more intense.
