Were you when your DR allowed you to have a Tubal ligation done? Is this better?

I will be 30 on the 29th and I got mine done last month(6-15-12)

My doctore wouldnt do it after my second i was only 22 thankgod because i met my now hubby and we have 2 boys i got it done at 29 im in florida
