help post... my child is shaking *UPDATE**
He is burning up, hasn't been able to keep anything down for 3 hours, and he says he has a very bad headache.
I'm concerned about the shaking I've never seen him do it before, is it normal... should I take him in?
Update-
I had him @ the er within 2 mins of this post. I live in a very small town.
He has strep. He is getting 2 bags of fluid, IV antibiotics and nausea medicine and we get to go home! So glad its not anything real serious... thanks to everyone that was concerned!

Shaking is the body's way of warming up. I would take him to the ER, those are the symptoms of meningitis. How old is he? Is able to talk to you during and right after the shaking?
