No real recipe...just make meatloaf however you like it and mashed potatoes however you like them. Cook the meatloaf in a muffin tin and when it's done, use either a pastry bag or ziploc baggie and swirl the warm mashed potatoes on top! Drizzle with gravy and voila!

What is the recipe for this?

Tonight we had Pizza muffins. I know you said you always have pizza but it'd change it up a bit. Get small ref. biscuits put them in a sprayed muffin tin. Add sauce, cheese and whatever toppings, those new mini pepperonis are perfect. Then bake them as directed on biscuit can.

My whole family loves garlic brown sugar chicken and it's SO easy. I flatten chicken breasts so they cook faster, melt 2Tbsp butter in a pan with 3-4 cloves of smashed/sliced garlic, season the chicken with a little salt and pepper and cook them. After they cook you just sprinkle a little brown sugar on them. It's delicious, actually pretty healthy and super juicy.

That baked Taco chicken sounds good

Quoting mrsdic:

let me know if you even like any of these (no offense I just don't want to type out a bunch of recipes if you don't like them lol)

entire chicken, paprika, lemon.  quick prep time.
spaghetti with corn, black beans, etc.
tilapia with parmesan crust.
mexican chicken (salsa, cumin, egg noodles, chicken)
onion soup mix, turkey breast, water & crockpot.
sour cream pork chops.
lemon garlic shrimp pasta.
turkey burgers (we freeze them)
baked taco chicken.
healthy crock pot lasagna (freezable)
pork chops in beer.

i have quite a few good chili recipes too & mac n cheese (with veggies).  I would imagine you could freeze it.  It's gone in a few days in this house though lol

my oldest (4) eats most of this, so I would think your DD wouldn't mind them.

easy too!!  package of taco seasoning (or your own) and some flour (about 1/4 cup per large chicken breast) in a bag, shake it up, bake at 350!  you can drip some butter over it at the end, but you don't need to.  the flavor is great.  & it's cheap & easy.

I like to take chicken tenders and put them on a greased pan.  Bake them at 350 for approx 30 mins or until juices are clear then brush with bbq sauce, top w/ bacon and cheese (of your choice) and bake for another 10 minutes or so until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.

It's like a version of a steakhouse fave of mine.
