Please explain this to me....

I am probably showing my age here...

But I noticed that pictures on fb and other pages tend to have lots of women (and sometimes couples) taking pictures of themselves while in the car.

Why?

I don't understand. 

I feel like I am missing something - but at no point when I get in the car do I think "Quick - let me take a quick picture!"

Please enlighten me!  THANKS!

I don't "get" it either. And I'm 24. The silly bathroom shots, too. Sure, I have a few, but normally after dyeing my hair since the light in the bathroom is better than the rest of my house. But really, every picture? Silly.

No clue. I have a friend who takes a picture EVERY morning in her car on the way to work. I guess they want people to know how cool they are while they drive?

LOL!  Glad it is not just me!

I think the bathroom ones are a bit odd too - but i kind of chalked those up to using the mirror to capture the picture on iphones that did not allow you to "reverse" the way the picture is taken, so silly, but I at least got why they are in the bathroom!

Im 22 and I have no idea why girls do this, so I'm not sure about the age factor. Either that, or I'm older then I think ;)
