Never heard of it. Since my guy has added extra flax to his meals ie: pancakes, mashed taters, he has lost weight.
if it is too good to be true, it generally is. Just buy some fiber powder or fiber gummies and have it 30 minutes prior to your meal and it will fill you up faster thus you will eat a smaller portion than you normally would.
#1.... If the reason for chronic constipation is a poor diet, wouldn't the simple solution be to eat better?
