I've complained about them a zillion times here. Mostly becasue of my outrageous bills that are over $700 sometimes. its either pay or they cut me off. however today my complaint is not that my bill is too high which it is, but its becaue they are morons. My bill was due July 2nd. I'm on a payment plan an paying late is a no no. I had to pay $400 by july 2nd. Called them up ahead of time and asked if i could pay over the phone if it would count. She told me YES. I paid $350 from my checking account which is what i was worried about and $50 from my debit card. The debit card came out right away but the checking account actually didnt clear my bank account until the next day. After i made the payment I called back to ask if it was all good. I was told Yes. Well they are on a work stoppage right now so shits up in the air with them. they locked out almost 9000 employees so i call to do a meter reading check in. To find out that there is a disconect on my account. They tell me that the $350 was paid on time but the $50 was not posted until the next day. But yet it was the $50 that came out right away. Had I not called they woulda come out to disconect me sometime soon I'm sure without a word. Then to turn it back on would of been outrageous the bill, the old balance that i'm paying off and a $395 deposit. ugggggg We need more than one power company here.
