~ need help...need to unlock a tmobile phone

so i purchased two tmobile phones from a friend to use with straight talk but they are locked. I need to know if someone knows how to unlock them like a code or something...please?!

You have to call tmobile and they can give u the unlock code and tell u how to enter themif ur wanting o use them with another provider. If there's just a password on the phone u need to call the phone manufacturer

i mean unlock them to use with another provider. And i called tmobile and they wont do it because the previous account they were on was written off for being past due
