my husband have never cried in the 6 years weve been together lol.
But he cut both cords.
He was nervous as hell with our first thought he has just turned 20 and was very nervous lol.

No to both. He did grin really big and got very excited when our son was born, but he did not cry. He would not cut the cord, because he said that is what we were paying the doctor to do. Ha Ha!
