let me start by saying my periods are always normal, right on time(30days), the length of them(5days), how they start and finish always normal. im the on b/c patch.
ok so my last a/f i had on time on th 5th of july. it started a lil different (usually it starts by brown stuff then goes a bright red) but it went right to bright red and instead of lasting the usual 5 days it only last 3. the time before that it came 2 days early and was really light and lasted 7 days. the time before that i spotted 5 days early, then i spotted again the day before i actually got my period which was lighter then usual but lasted 5 days.
ive been feeling nauseous, crampy, back aches, head aches, dizzy for the last 2 months. oh and guess who came to visit more the 2 weeks early? A/F! and its a really deep red, never seen it like that. im not sure if im just spotting yet tho or its here to stay.
has any one been threw this? i have a doc apt. tonight but im hoping to get some insite before hand.

It sounds like you are having the side effects of the patch that they recalled about. i would change b/c and see what happens. Not only that but sometime when you are on one b/c control to long your body can stop absoring it the right way that it should and casue different problems.

My periods have been acting like that, too. But I'm on my last month of the micronor pill (hubby got snipped).. I would say to talk to your doctor about switching, or find out if it's normal. I don't really know much about the patch, so, good luck!

thank you ladies, i didnt even think it could be my b/c causing all of this, as ive never had problems with it before. i will definatly be asking him to switch.
