That's why I put the warning up becuase it is really hard to watch and I didn't even expect him to be so violent before I watched it. He is full of anger :(

 That is seriously messed up.  I can't believe the one lady was basically making excuses for him!  Meds or not, that is NOT ok.  Then the dad hitting some kid??  What good does that do?  Punish hitting with hitting?  That whole thing was just crazy.  I'm glad I never had to put my kids in daycare.

I would sooooo fire everyone of those employees, when I worked in daycare we NEVER stood aroumd staring intovspace, we were singing, dancing, playing, doing table work.... this is ridiculous!!!!
